- We ask our kind customers to liberate the room before 12h00 ; otherwise an additional night will be invoiced to them
- Breakfast is offered by the house from 8.00am to 11.00 am and served on the terrace.
- On request it will be delivered to you a key of the safe which is in your room cupboard.
- The keys of the rooms must be deposited in reception before any exit.
- Please respect silence in the riad after 10.00 p.m
- Use our special rates for the stays of more than 5 days (only for Premium rooms and Suite). See with reception
- Our guests may be fully assured that the photos of the ryad are quite truthful. Should they be disappointed when checking in, or on visiting their rooms, the management of L'Heure d'été will readilty cancel their reservation and refund their deposit, if any.
Conversely if our guests are fully satisfied and have confirmed their reservation on ckecking in ,they
are graciously requested to proceed to the full payment of their bill, in accordance with the terms of their reservation (minus their deposit, of course) upon receiving their key.
